1. Payment Terms – A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total job cost is required to reserve the job date. The remaining balance will be due in full at the completion of the job.

Cash, money order, or check made out to COLORS OF ROCHESTER and mailed to: 1153 Garson Ave. Rochester, NY 14609 are the preferred forms of payment.

Credit cards, Venmo (@colorsofrochester), Paypal or Cash App (info@jdwhomesolutions.com), IMS Barter(102065), and payment plans through AfterPay are available for payment.

 

If payment is not made when due, 3% interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance calculated from the work's completion date.

 

1. Cancellation – Customers may cancel a job in writing by email at quotes@colors of rochester.com or text at 585-705-0899 anytime. The deposit will not be refunded, and a day rate will be invoiced for each day of completed work.

 

1. Limited Warranty – This warranty lasts six months from completion of work and remedies against any defects of workmanship and materials purchased by COLORS OF ROCHESTER. The limited warranty does not cover the failure of products not purchased by COLORS OF ROCHESTER and any damage caused by the customer modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the work at any after completion. The warranty solely covers the labor cost, not the additional materials or equipment required to remedy the workmanship if COLORS OF ROCHESTER has not provided the initial failed product. COLORS OF ROCHESTER will schedule a return to the job site to repair damaged workmanship within ten business days of the customer’s request by phone ((585) 705-0899) or email (quotes@colorsofrochester.com). No other express warranty applies.

 

1. Attorney’s Fees –Customer agrees to pay all costs and attorney’s fees incurred by COLORS OF ROCHESTER enforcing payment or breach of any other rights contained in the Terms of Sales

 

1. Mechanic’s Lien – COLORS OF ROCHESTER will retain the right to impose a mechanic’s lien on the improved property until all payments are made.

 

1. Force Majeure –COLORS OF ROCHESTER will not be liable for delays occasioned by causes beyond its control.  

 

1. Tax – Customer shall pay any and all local, state, or federal tax associated with the sale or delivery of the services

 

1. Photos of the finished project may be used in promotional material unless expressly prohibited by the client.
