Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented residential painter to join the Colors of Rochester team. Responsibilities will include preparing and painting residential interiors and exteriors, ensuring high-quality finishes that enhance our clients' homes. This role requires a combination of technical painting skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as necessary.

Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
